Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with Brass City Timepiece. Please read this policy before placing your order.

We sell new, pre owned, and used watches through third party brands, suppliers, distribution partners, and marketplace partners. Because watches are high value items, returns are limited and must meet the conditions listed below.


Do We Accept Returns?

We do not accept general returns.

All sales are final unless the item arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Materially different from the product description

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Personal preference
Size preference
Style preference
Price changes after purchase
Shipping delays
Condition details already shown or described in the product listing


Return Request Timeline

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, you must contact us within 10 calendar days of delivery.

For pre owned or used watches, condition related issues must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Claims submitted after these timelines may be denied.


How to Start a Return Request

Please include:

Order number
Clear photos or video of the issue
Photos of the packaging
Photos of all included items
A brief explanation of the problem

Do not send any item back until your return request has been reviewed and approved.


Return Approval Required

All returns, refunds, exchanges, store credits, and replacements must be approved by Brass City Timepiece before the item is sent back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and do not guarantee a refund, exchange, store credit, or replacement.


Item Must Be Received and Inspected First

If your return is approved, the item must be returned to the address we provide.

We will not issue a refund, exchange, store credit, or replacement until the item has been received, inspected, and approved.

The watch must be returned in the same condition it was received.

All original items must be included, including:

Packaging
Box
Manuals
Warranty cards
Tags
Bracelet links
Straps
Accessories
Protective materials
Papers and documents

If the item is worn, used, resized, altered, scratched, damaged, opened, serviced, repaired, tampered with, missing parts, or does not match the approved claim, the return may be denied.


New Watch Returns

New watches must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned with all original packaging and included items.

If a new watch is worn, resized, scratched, altered, damaged, or returned with missing items, the return may be denied.


Pre Owned and Used Watches

Pre owned and used watches are sold based on the listed condition at the time of sale.

These watches may show signs of previous ownership, including light wear, marks, case wear, bracelet wear, strap wear, dial aging, or other condition details shown in the listing.

Pre owned and used watch sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description.

We do not accept returns for pre owned or used watches due to condition expectations when the condition was already shown or described in the listing.

If a pre owned or used watch return is approved, it must be returned in the exact same condition it was received.


Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved because the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, we will provide return instructions.

When required, we may provide a prepaid return label for approved returns related to our error or a verified issue with the item.

Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is approved due to our error, a damaged item, defective item, incorrect item, or verified material listing error.

Customers must follow the return instructions provided. Returned items should be packed securely and shipped using the approved return method.

We are not responsible for returned items that are lost, damaged, or shipped incorrectly because the customer did not follow the return instructions.


Approved Resolutions

If your claim is approved after review and inspection, we may offer one of the following:

Replacement of the same item
Exchange for an item of equal value
Store credit
Refund to the original payment method

The resolution will depend on the issue, item condition, supplier policy, warranty terms, and product availability.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless the claim is approved and the returned item passes inspection.


Non Refundable Situations

Refunds, exchanges, store credits, and replacements will not be issued for:

Watches that have been worn or used
Watches that have been resized or altered
Pre owned or used watches returned in different condition than received
Scratches, dents, marks, or damage caused after delivery
Missing original packaging or accessories
Missing tags, manuals, warranty cards, bracelet links, straps, boxes, papers, or documents
Customer caused damage
Water damage caused by improper use
Battery related issues unless covered by warranty
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorized repair attempts
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Carrier delays
Customs delays
Import duties, taxes, or fees
Refused or unclaimed shipments
Items returned without approval
Items that fail inspection after being returned


Manufacturer and Supplier Warranty

Some watches may include a manufacturer warranty, supplier warranty, store warranty, or no warranty depending on the product.

Warranty details may vary by item and may be listed on the product page when available.

Warranty coverage is controlled by the manufacturer, supplier, or warranty provider unless clearly stated otherwise.

Warranty coverage usually does not include normal wear, scratches, broken crystals, accidental damage, improper water exposure, strap wear, bracelet wear, battery replacement, theft, loss, resizing, or unauthorized repairs.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 10 calendar days of the estimated delivery date.

We will review the tracking information and may work with the carrier or supplier to investigate.

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier or supplier, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and claim verification.

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered unless the carrier confirms the package was lost or misdelivered.


Shipping Address Issues

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, store credits, or replacements for incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, refused deliveries, unclaimed packages, failed delivery attempts, or packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun.

Because orders may be processed through third party suppliers, marketplace partners, or fulfillment partners, we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order is placed.
